International Experience

Riccardo LoFaro is a journalist, biographer, and ghostwriter based in New York, with clients across the United States, Europe, and beyond. Born in Rome, he studied in both Italy and the U.S. and built an international career with early professional experiences in Australia with Sea World, in South Africa with Ladbroke PLC – Hilton Hotels International, and in Italy with the Veio Country Club in Rome and the Hotel Mirage in Cortina d’Ampezzo.

Professional Career & Recognition

He is a member of the U.S. Department of State Press Center, the Los Angeles Press Club, and the Italian Association of Journalists. Over the years he has authored and produced a wide range of books, memoirs, articles, and web content for private clients, companies, and cultural institutions, while also collaborating with prominent journalistic outlets. His work has been recognized with numerous honors, including the ANPS International Award from the Italian State Police – New York and New Jersey Delegation, presented to him at the United Nations in New York.

Riccardo is an accomplished author, biographer, and ghostwriter with more than sixty published works, including biographies, memoirs, short stories, and e-books. He has collaborated with internationally recognized figures such as Academy Award-winning production designer Dante Ferretti, conductor Antonio Pappano, music producer Giorgio Moroder, actor and filmmaker Sylvester Stallone, former New York First Lady Matilda Raffa Cuomo, physicist and entrepreneur Federico Faggin, NYPD detective Frank Serpico, and Hollywood executive Frank Mancuso. His ghostwriting experience extends to a wide range of private clients and institutions, including the NYPD, the Italian Trade Commission, the Bank of Italy, the Chamber of Commerce, ANPS–Italian State Police, the Permanent Observer Mission of the Holy See to the United Nations, the Accademia Italiana della Cucina, and the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York.

Philanthropy and Personal Life

Beyond his work as a writer, Riccardo serves as president of WLPO, a philanthropic organization that grew out of the PrimiDieci Society and continues to celebrate distinguished figures worldwide. A father of three, he divides his time between New York, Los Angeles, and Italy, while maintaining his active career as a biographer, ghostwriter, and journalist.
